My journey into the real estate world started early in life. At the age of 20, I took the plunge and bought my first condo. I lived in it for a couple of years, made some strategic updates, and then sold it for a profit of $50,000—tax-free. That experience was a game-changer for me. It opened my eyes to the incredible potential of real estate as a wealth-building tool, and I was hooked.
Prior to fully diving into the world of real estate, I studied accounting in college, got my masters in business, and spent years working in accounting. But, my passion for real estate eventually led me to take the leap into becoming a full-time real estate agent. It's a decision I haven't regretted for a single moment.
